If you're new to internet marketing, it's going to be very easy to get lost in the online jungle without an experienced guide. In fact, as you may well know, there are a lot of dangerous predators out there lurking, just waiting for you to come across their path so that they can pounce on you.
And no wonder the predators lie in wait. Many people stumble into the forbidding jungle with little knowledge or preparation. Not even so much as a compass and map! To the predators, you're just a light snack before dinner. In order to survive, to avoid the predators and pitfalls and make it through the jungle in one piece, it's going to require the services of an experienced guide. Maybe not quite Indiana Jones. But you get the picture.
To be successful in internet marketing, you need someone who can pull the vines aside and show you the path that others have tread. While there are some dubious guides out there, there are those who have integrity and who know what they are talking about. What's in it for them? For the good ones, there is satisfaction in knowing that they have helped you. That's what attraction marketing is all about. And yet they also know that if you value what they have to offer, when you are ready to make your foray into the jungle, you'll call on them to show you the way. And yes, at some point they may ask you to pay for their knowledge or services or offer a special shortcut 'for a limited time.' But let's face it, would you rather go back to being lost? And by the way, if your guide is 'free,' well let's just say you get what you pay for and that you should beware that they are not walking you in circles, or into quicksand or into a predator's trap. So to speak.
My background is in traditional marketing and after years of making other people rich, I decided it was time that I created something for my self. That is how I discovered network marketing. I did what others have done and spent a couple of years building my network marketing business the old fashioned way, person by person, brick by brick. I always knew that I should be doing something online it's just that I, like so many others, did not know where to start. And the deep, dark jungle with all of it's lurking predators kept me away.
